The Sunday Brunch Series returns with an edition dedicated to the essence of Oroya. A menu inspired by the richness of contemporary Peruvian cuisine, where pristine ingredients, signature ceviches, raw selections and seasonal dishes are paired with Oroya's distinctive cocktail programme.

Located on the 4th floor rooftop against exhilarating city views is Madrid’s biggest luxury infinity pool (not heated), a place to see and be seen. Guests in residence can sip refreshing cocktails and snack on small bites from one of the 25 sunbeds and 5 cabanas while admiring quintessential views of Madrid’s glorious architecture, against the backdrop of the setting sun. The infinity pool will reopen in spring 2026. No reservations accepted, walk-ins only, first-come first-served. Sunbeds cannot be reserved. Cabanas are available for a fee and include a welcome amenity. The pool deck is a very busy area in summer season especially on Saturday and Sunday. Maximum capacity of 45 people.
